Bala's Simple PHP Counter

This is a very simple counter I have written using
PHP. This counter can give you the count of visitors to your
site. As databases are not used, it is very simple to configure
and use. You can feel free to copy and distribute.

The Bala's Counter.zip has three files:
1. Readme.txt:
This file gives you clear instructions to install the
Bala's Simple PHP Counter. Read the instructions carefully.
2. counter.php:
This file has the PHP code for the counter. Place this
file in the same directory as your index.htm file in the Server.
3. acc.txt:
You should place in the same directory in which you have
the index.htm file.
