DispDib32 ?????!!!!!!

AH well, screw the docs. This is a .DLL written in Delphi similar
to DispDib.DLL from MS. But who needs that DISPDIB.DLL shit anyway
nowadays, we have directx, rite? Wrong. You can port your dos demos
to Win95 in a jiffy if you follow some windows rulez. But for the VGA,
after killing the GDI, you can do anything you want. :)
Call all your interrupts from the DD16.PAS 16-bit DLL. I dunno,
see the examples yourself and do it.

This is a complete rewrite, with the 16-bit pascal code courtesy of
Borland Pascal Problem Solver. DD16.PAS must be compiled with BP7
and the rest by Delphi 32. Currently supports only 320x200x256.
But you should be able to change it to suit your modes and needs.
After all. You people are coders, rite? After shutting down the
GDI, you can screw around with the VGA registers as you like.

I used an undocumented thunking routine in Win95 called QT_Thunk.
Remember, this works for Win95 only. I'm releasing it coz someone
bothered to want this shit. Anywayz, greetz to you all, the people
from the #coders channel. :)))))))

Should work for C/C++ too. Just make the right imports. ;)

DISCLAIMER!!!!

Use at your own risk. Dun bother me with this. :)
